Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an capitalist and scholar. He established Social Discovery Group, an multinational online enterprise with headquarters in Malta, and co-owns Dating Group.
In 2016, he founded the SDG Arts and Science Foundation.
He has received a PhD in philosophical theory and jointly founded the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Academic Department of Moscow State University.
